: Every spring the Royal Horticulture Society is inviting thousands of garden lovers to the Chelsea Flower Show in London. The show is held for 5 days in the garden of the Royal Hospital Chelsea. Each year 157.000 people take the chance to come and see the vast exhibition of flowers, vegetable gardens and skillfully trimmed trees.
As it is opening weekend, we asked some visitors about their opinion regarding the exhibition!

: I always wanted to come and see the show. I traveled all the way from Manchester to see these wonderful vegetable gardens. Many of the things I saw here will find a place in my own garden!
: It’s the first time I came to the southwest of London to see this show. I have to say I am disappointed. There are so many people! If you stand too long in front of the displays, people will crowd behind you.
Everywhere you go, people. Sometimes you can not even see the flowers because of all the people. They should get a bigger place to have this show!
I truly enjoyed the show! It is astonishing that this show was started 104 years ago and is still so exciting.
I am a member of the Royal Horticulture Society and come here every year.
Oh lord, I have mixed emotions about this event. The flowers are absolutely terrific, but you can’t look at them in peace. There is such a big crowd of people everywhere. Maybe they should move to a new place for the 105th show.
