My name is Maximilian Müller. I stayed at your beautiful hotel from 2nd to 10th May in room 327. I booked half-board and I was very pleased with the hotel room and the delicious meals at your restaurant. Thank you very much once again! Unfortunately I forgot my running shoes under the bed of my room. The shoes are red and the laces are yellow. In the right shoe there should also be a pair of black socks. Don't be afraid, they are unused!
The running shoes are very important to me because I am an avid runner. I usually go running four times a week and dearly miss my shoes during my run. It would be great if you could check if you could check whether running shoes and socks are still under the bed. Could you let me know whether you have found them and whether you could be so kind and send them to Germany? Of course I would pay for the shipping . Thank you in advance for your big help! I wish you all the best and I am looking forward to staying at your hotel in the near future!

Yours faithfully,
Maximilian Müller

What my shoes can tell you
You want to travel through Europe but don't have a lot of money? Let me tell you about the perfect solution! Last year I found myself in the same situation; only little money but a lot of free time. The solution to this problem is called InterRail, which is a ticket that allows you take all the trains in Europe for one month. I travelled all over Europe and did not once have to spend money on hotel rooms because I slept in night trains.
During the days I visited cities like Rome, Madrid, Barcelona, London, Paris, Berlin, Prague, Athens and many more in less than 4 weeks. It is much more interesting to see a new place every day instead of staying at one place all the time. Travelling becomes much more spontaneous. You find yourself in Germany and want to spend your next day in Spain? Sure, no problem. The only expenses you have are for food and drinks.
The next time you think of travelling through Europe remember Interrail - even if you have money to spend!
2.
How to handle social networks
Hi there!
Social networks become more important with every day. Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat are omnipresent. I'd like to share my own thoughts about social networks in general, and also tell you how I use Faceboook.
Most young people spent several hours online whether it be on the laptop or on their mobile device. It allows us to connect with our friends all over the world and keeps us updated. You can send messages and share photos with the people you care about. While this is great you also have to be aware of potential dangers in social networks. Cyberbullying and identity theft are serious issues online. I think we all know someone who has become a victim of such an attack. That is why we always have to keep in mind that we need to be carful when we are online. Don't share important information, like bank details, with strangers and be careful with personal information in general.
Apart from those threats, social network are a great opportunity for everyone who likes to share stuff with friends and families. If you are careful on Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat, you will have no problems but a lot of fun!
3.
"The world is full of friends you haven't met yet."
Do you know the saying "A friend is someone who knows all about you and still loves you."? This is very true because real friends will stick to your side no matter what. Yet you need to take care of a friendship or it won't last. The same is true for making new friends. Without you going out and meeting new people you won't make new friends.
If you move to a new city, it is important to meet new people or you will only sit at home by yourself. Join a sports club, for example. Chances are high that you will find people you like if they have the same hobbies as you do. Small things like being nice can go a long way when it comes to finding new friends.
Once you made friends it is important to always work on this friendship. Call the person and go out in your free time. Be honest and interested this is the foundation of a great friendship. Go out today with the goal of finding a new friend - the world is full of great people, you just have to find them!
4.
How to say thanks
Saying thank you can be hard. But it is so important. Those two small words can go a long way. To thank someone does not mean that you have to get him or her an expensive gift - the smallest act of kindness is worth more than the grandest intention.
As a way of saying thanks you can spend time with this person. Let him or her know that you really appreciate the support that you have witnessed. Another way of thanking someone is to invite him over for dinner. Spend a nice evening together in good company and great food. If you are a creative person, you can also write a little poem to the person. This is heartfelt and will definitely impress the person you want to show gratitude to.
There are countless ways of saying thank you. The important thing is that it comes from the heart and is something individual. The other person will appreciate it.
