Dear exchange students,

We are very excited about your upcoming visit to our school! To celebrate your arrival, we would like to invite you to a special board game night. The best part is that we will all spend the night together and sleep at the school! We are also holding an exciting competition to see who can win the most games throughout the evening.

Our game night starts on Friday, 22 May 2026, at 6:00 p.m. and ends on Saturday, 23 May 2026, at 10:00 a.m. You don't need to worry about going hungry or thirsty because drinks and food will be provided for everyone.

For the event, please bring your favorite game or games and any extra snacks you might want. You should also pack a flashlight, your favorite songs for our playlist, a sleeping mat, and a sleeping bag for the night. Do not forget to bring comfortable clothes and your toiletries as well.

Please keep in mind that you must be picked up by your host parents at the school on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. when the event finishes.
