today I want to tell you about my dream job. My dream is to become a veterinarian because I have always loved animals. I think it is a wonderful job because you can help sick and injured animals and make their lives better.
The person who inspired me the most is my aunt. She has two dogs and often takes care of injured animals she finds outside. When I was younger, I helped her feed a little bird with a broken wing. After a few weeks, the bird was healthy again and flew away. That experience made me realize that I want to work with animals in the future.
I know that being a veterinarian is not always easy. Sometimes you have to work long hours, and not every animal can be saved. However, I think helping animals and their owners is worth the hard work. I also enjoy biology at school, so I believe this job would fit my interests and strengths.
In the future, I want to study hard, finish school successfully, and go to university to become a veterinarian. I hope that one day I can open my own animal clinic and help many animals.
Thanks for reading! What is your dream job? Feel free to share it in the comments!
Dear Harrison,
thanks for your email. I’m happy to tell you about my ideas for our school project.
I think schools in Germany could do a lot to encourage students to eat more healthily.
First of all, school cafeterias should offer more fresh fruit, vegetables and healthy meals instead of fast food and sweets. Healthy food should also be cheaper so that every student can afford it.
Another good idea would be to teach students more about healthy eating in biology or home economics lessons. They could learn how to prepare simple and healthy meals. Schools could also organize cooking workshops or invite nutrition experts to give talks.
At my school, we sometimes have a “healthy breakfast day”. Everyone brings healthy food like fruit, whole-grain bread or yogurt. I really enjoy these days because they are fun and I always discover new foods to try.
I believe that healthy eating is important because it gives us more energy, helps us concentrate in class and keeps us fit. If schools make healthy food more attractive, more students will choose it.
I hope these ideas help you with your project. Write back soon and tell me what schools in Britain do to promote healthy eating.
I hope you are well!
See you soon,
Maddie
Teamwork: Why It Matters
Teamwork is an important part of everyday life. We need it at school, at work and even in our free time. In my opinion, working in a team can help people achieve better results because everyone has different ideas and strengths.
At school, I often work with classmates on group projects. Sometimes teamwork is not easy because people have different opinions. However, I have learned that it is important to listen to each other, be patient and divide the tasks fairly. When everyone does their part, the work becomes easier and more successful.
One example from my own experience was a presentation in English class. My group had to prepare a topic together. One person made the poster, another searched for information, and I presented part of the topic. In the end, we got a good grade because we supported each other.
Teamwork also teaches important skills, such as communication, responsibility and respect. These skills are useful for the future, especially in many jobs.
To sum up, teamwork is very important because people can learn from each other and reach goals together. A good team can make difficult tasks much easier.
