Hi everyone,
I just got back from a weekend in London and thought that I would share my experiences with you! We stayed at a nice hotel in Greenwich. From there, it took us about ten minutes by train to get to the City Centre where we spent most of our time. We visited Big Ben, the Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, and even went on a ride on the London Eye. The views from the London Eye were breathtaking. I really enjoyed seeing all the famous sights! However, I have never liked how loud and crowded big cities are. That is why we went to Windsor Castle on Sunday which was so nice. It took us about forty minutes by train to get there, but it was worth the visit! I definitely want to visit London again, maybe during Christmas time to see all the lights and Christmas trees. Have you ever been to London? All the best, Livb) Banning phones
Should Mobile Phones Be Banned in Schools?
At my school, pupils are allowed to bring their mobile phones, but they must be switched off and kept in their bags. There are both advantages and disadvantages to banning mobile phones in schools. On the one hand, banning phones can reduce distractions in class and help pupils focus better on their studies. It can also prevent problems like cyberbullying or cheating during exams. On the other hand, mobile phones can be useful tools for learning, such as looking up information or using educational apps. In my opinion, mobile phones should not be completely banned, but there should be strict rules about when and how they are used. This way, pupils can benefit from the technology without it affecting their education. Rules are important in life because they create structure and keep people safe. Without rules, there would be chaos, especially in schools where many young people are learning how to behave in society.
