- The top cartoon shows wave in the shape of a heart. Within this wave are many different sea animals, such as dolphins, turtles, jellyfish, and crayfish. This cartoon symbolizes the richness and diversity of ocean life.
- The bottom cartoon depicts a very different situation. It shows the pollution of the ocean. On the surface, there are many plastic bottles, canisters, and other types of rubbish. In the water, there is only one fish left, surrounded by many plastic bags.
- While the first cartoon symbolizes the beauty and richness of ocean life, the second cartoon provides a strong contrast. It highlights the destructive impact of human pollution on the ocean and the loss of biodiversity.

- The first cartoon shows neighbours coming together on Neighbours' Day. There is plenty of food, a diverse group of people and many smiling faces.
- The second cartoon shows people walking past each other in a neighbourhood. It seems as if they are looking down and ignoring each other.
- The cartoons present a contrast between community and isolation. The first cartoon celebrates connection and togetherness, while the second cartoon shows disconnection and a lack of interaction. By placing both cartoons side by side, one could argue that it is important to treat each other as shown in the first cartoon every day, and not just on special occassions.
