Narrative Perspective

Erzählperspektiven sind die Linsen, durch die Geschichten erzählt werden und bieten dem Leser einen einzigartigen Blickwinkel auf die vom Autor geschaffene Welt.
Es gibt drei unterschiedliche Perspektiven:
First-person Narrator
Example
I went to my usual learning spot - the coffee shop. I have loved it here since I came the very first day. Usually, I would order my latte and find a cozy corner to settle into. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee enveloped me as I exchanged greetings with the barista, who already knew my order by heart.

Example
As Sarah walked through the crowded subway station, she felt nervous. She was surrounded by people but everyone seemed to be focused on themselves. She held her bag tightly and looked around and finally boarded the train and sat by the window. She sighed with relief, glad to have a break from the noisy city.

Third-person omniscient Narrator
Example
Alex, a lonely carpenter, lived in a small village on the edge of the forest. During the day, he worked with passion in his workshop but behind his calm appearance lays his grief at the loss of his wife. The villagers had no idea of his extreme loneliness.
