Many people think that e-cigarettes should be illegal. On the one hand, they can be harmful to health because they contain nicotine, which is addictive. In addition, some young people start smoking because of e-cigarettes. On the other hand, e-cigarettes are often considered less harmful than normal cigarettes and can help smokers quit. Banning them completely might not solve the problem. In my opinion, e-cigarettes should not be illegal, but there should be strict rules for their sale and use. For example, they should only be sold to adults. This would protect young people while still allowing adults to make their own choices.

Respect is an important value in everyday life. On the one hand, a school subject about respect could help students learn how to treat others fairly and solve conflicts peacefully. It could also improve the atmosphere in schools and reduce bullying. On the other hand, some people believe that respect should be taught by parents and through everyday experiences, not as a separate subject. However, not all students learn these skills at home. In my opinion, respect should become a school subject because it is just as important as academic knowledge. Learning respect can help students become responsible and successful adults.

Using public transport can improve people's lives in many ways. On the one hand, buses and trains are better for the environment because they reduce traffic and pollution. They can also save money since people do not have to pay for fuel or parking. On the other hand, public transport is sometimes crowded or delayed, which can be annoying. In rural areas, connections are often limited. Despite these disadvantages, I believe that public transport improves people's lives. It is affordable, environmentally friendly and helps reduce traffic problems. Therefore, more people should use public transport whenever possible.

It seemed to be a normal Sunday morning when I woke up, but soon I realized that something was not quite right about my room.

At first, everything looked normal. However, when I checked my phone, the date showed "Sunday, 12th May" – exactly the same date as the day before. I thought it was a technical problem, but then I noticed that my alarm clock and even my laptop showed the same date.

Confused, I went downstairs. My parents were having the exact same conversation they had had the previous morning. Even the news on TV was identical. It felt as if time had stopped.

I decided to change something. Instead of staying at home, I went to the park and talked to a stranger. The next morning, I woke up and immediately looked at my phone. The date had finally changed.

Relieved, I smiled. Somehow, I had escaped the strange time loop. Since then, I have never taken an ordinary day for granted again.

Dear Diary,

24th December

Today was one of the most beautiful days of the year. When I came downstairs this morning, I saw our living room decorated for Christmas. The Christmas tree looked amazing with its lights and colorful ornaments. Under the tree there were many presents waiting to be opened.

My family spent the whole day together. In the afternoon, we baked cookies and listened to Christmas music. The smell of fresh cookies filled the house and made everything feel warm and cozy.

In the evening, we sat around the tree and opened our presents. I was surprised because I received a gift that I had wanted for a long time. Everyone was happy and excited.

My favorite moment was sitting in the rocking chair near the tree and looking at the lights. It felt peaceful and magical. I am very grateful for my family and for this wonderful Christmas Day.

I will never forget this special day.
