Hallo Alex und Chris,

ich habe für euch einige interessante Infos zum KSC zusammengefasst.

Wenn ihr einmal erleben möchtet, wie sich die Arbeit eines Astronauten anfühlt, gibt es dort mehrere spannende Attraktionen. Bei der Shuttle Launch Experience könnt ihr einen Raketenstart simulieren und erleben, wie sich ein Start ins All anfühlt. Im Astronaut Training Center könnt ihr wie echte Astronauten trainieren und sogar einen Weltraumspaziergang in einer simulierten Schwerelosigkeit ausprobieren. Beim Pseudo Flight könnt ihr lernen, ein Space Shuttle zu steuern, Raumschiffe anzudocken und zu landen. Außerdem könnt ihr euch die riesige Saturn-V-Rakete anschauen und euch vorstellen, wie Astronauten früher mit dieser Rakete ins Weltall gestartet sind.

Daneben gibt es noch viele weitere interessante Angebote. In der Apollo Treasures Gallery könnt ihr originale Gegenstände der Apollo-Missionen sehen, zum Beispiel einen Raumanzug und eine Raumkapsel. Bei Forever Remembered wird an 14 Astronauten erinnert, die bei Space-Shuttle-Missionen ums Leben gekommen sind. Im Rocket Garden könnt ihr verschiedene Raketen aus den Mercury- und Apollo-Programmen anschauen. Im Moon Tree Garden könnt ihr euch entspannen und besondere Bäume sehen, deren Samen bereits auf dem Mond waren. Im IMAX Theatre könnt ihr einen spannenden 3D-Film über Asteroiden anschauen. Zum Schluss könnt ihr sogar bei einem Space Dinner gemeinsam mit einem Astronauten essen und ein Erinnerungsfoto machen.

Ich glaube, dass sich ein Besuch dort wirklich lohnt, weil ihr viel über die Raumfahrt lernen und gleichzeitig selbst einiges ausprobieren könnt.
