Repair Café
If you are thinking of throwing away your old or broken things, think again. There’s a Repair Café at the youth club at 55 Main Road. It is on the ground floor.
Nelli, Hugo and Sam repair things like bikes, skateboards and prams. However, they do not repair laptops, mobile phones or other electronic devices. The café is open on Tuesday and Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings. Repairs are completely free.
The Repair Café helps people save money and is also good for the environment. Drinks and cake cost £1 each, but they are free for volunteers. New volunteers are always welcome!
