The charts show where and how teenagers listen to music. The most popular situation is spending time with friends, with about 38%.
Around 25% listen to music while doing sports, and 18% listen during their homework.
Only 5% listen at school, while about 2% listen when they are travelling.
Young people use different devices to listen to music. Mobile phones are the most popular at 38%.
Laptops are used by 27%, and smartwatches by 19%. Portable speakers and other mobile devices are not used very often.
All in all, music is very important in young people’s lives.
